Based in rural Shropshire, we have been building our team and business since April 1986 into what it is today.
During that time, we have continued to strive to stay ahead of the changing nature of retail while ensuring we keep one eye on maintaining our core retail principles from those early days.
Put simply, as retailers we treat our customers in the same way that we would like to be treated as a customer – a simple, but effective, ethos. Retail is still principally the same process now as it was back in ’86, but it’s how you deliver that transaction satisfaction that has changed.
Like any customer, when either I or a member of the team buy anything online, we also have an idea of what we want from that transaction, so free delivery is really handy. which are vetted and background-checked to ensure the quality and production standard is up to Blanket World expectations.
