Delivery Information

Let’s make delivering your order as swift and simple as we can by saying here and now that we will deliver your orders to the UK, which includes the UK mainland, Scotland (including its islands), Northern Ireland and both of the Channel Islands for FREE!!

The only proviso I can add to that is that some Scottish Islands may take a little longer on occasion as the last few miles to your island is often completed by independent boat operators and, with the best will in the world, the weather and the sea can delay your deliveries, but you all know that already, so please bear that in mind when ordering.

If you have forgotten that important deadline & need your order faster, we offer a Tracked 48 and a Tracked 24 delivery service, currently with the Royal Mail – please see rates below.

Please note that all orders received by 11am, Monday to Friday, will leave same day.

After 11am your order will leave on the next working day, Monday through to Friday.

Returns Policy

Like any customer, when we buy anything online, we also have an idea of what we want from that transaction, so free delivery on everything is a great start along with really handy shipping options, should I need it that bit quicker is also very welcome, as long as they are not overpriced, so at £2.89 for a Tracked 48 delivery & £3.89 for the Tracked 24 delivery service, we feel the speedy delivery options look very reasonable.

What would also be very handy is a good period of time to consider my new blanket in its setting, especially helpful when trying to marry-up colours or fabrics to a room, so a period of 21 days to decide would be ideal.

If you do change your mind and wish to return your blanket for a refund or alternative choice of blanket, please ensure you return your blanket to us in good condition within 21 days of receipt.

If you wish to handle your own return to us, that is fine, but if you would prefer to use one of our Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns labels included with your delivery for £3.89, please carefully re-pack your blanket, peel & stick your returns label over the original delivery address label and drop in to any Royal Mail Post Office.

If you would prefer to have your parcel collected from your house or place of work by your regular Royal Mail delivery handler, then please visit : https://www.royalmail.com/collection and click  on the red ‘Book Collection’ button & book in your return on a day convenient to you, simply use the number under the large barcode on your label to qualify for collection at no extra cost on a day of your choice.

When returning items, please remember to include the details of the original order, such as the order number, your name and reason for the return & let us know if you wish to return your order for an exchange or for a refund.

Help us by carefully refolding your blanket and ensure that all labels and swing tickets etc. are returned too, any labels or additional display packaging such as ‘blanket bands’ must also accompany your blanket return.

We aim to process a return & refund within 5 working days after receipt, but the majority of refunds are actioned within 3 working days, it may be a tiny bit slower at busy times of the year.

All refunds are sent back to the original payment method used.

This label will cover a weight up to six blankets & cushions.

The above returns service will cost you £3.89 which will be deducted from the order refund, if you are simply exchanging for an alternative blanket, then there is no deduction.
